Meet Marie

Hi I’m Marie and I’m the owner/manager of Little Luxuries.

Let me tell you a little about myself, I discovered beauty at a very young age when I sat at my Mother’s side while she applied her make-up waiting patiently for her to give me one of her lipsticks, which in turn got smothered all over my dolls face and my sleeping Fathers!

As a teenager I was always offering to do treatments on my friends and experimenting with any new cosmetic trend!

Once leaving school in 1990 it was clear what career path I was going to choose, I’ve had a wonderful career that has included working in health spas and on board a cruise liner. I’ve gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience which I put into practise and I have met some wonderful people along the way and made many dear friends.

I started Little Luxuries in February 2001while I was 3 months pregnant with my first boy! I’m now a very proud mum of 2 boys who are used to cuddles from me that smell like self tan & Elemis aromas!

When you visit Little Luxuries you will always hear laughter coming from my room, I always make people feel most welcome and leave feeling like they have found a new friend. Although my room may be filled with laughter I take my beauty therapy very seriously. Last year I qualified as part of the elite training team at Elemis and now I am able to train my staff to the highest standard in the Elemis therapies.

I am truly lucky to have turned my hobby and true passion into my career.
