Meet Maxine

After high school I studied NVQ level 2 Beauty Therapy at Newcastle under Lyme college for 2 years, then moved onto Stoke on Trent college for another year where I studied NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy and NVQ level 2 in Customer Services. I gained full time employment straight from college in a Hair and Beauty salon working there for around years, before Marie at Little Luxuries found me 15 years ago and the rest is history!

I was lucky enough to take on the role of Assistant Manager for around 6 years but I chose to step down from that role and reduce my weekly hours to concentrate on my family as I now have 3 young children. I work a varied day and at Little Luxuries we offer a wide range of treatments so no two days are ever the same. At Little Luxuries we are also lucky enough to use the best brands and I am always on the latest training that is available to me.

I am trained in Elemis, Bare Minerals, St Tropez and Shellac, High Definition Eyebrows, Caci and Crystal Clear.

My hobbies include fashion and all that goes with it, nails, make-up, clothes, I enjoy interior design and try to go walking and spinning in my spare time. I often cook for my family which I really enjoy but I wouldn’t say I am any good at it!
